Pindari Glacier Trek is one of the most beautiful treks in the Kumaon Himalayan region. This trek is easy to access but is hard to overlap the enrapturing environment that is enveloped with lurching moraines, hulking high snow-clad peaks aligning the silver horizon under the blue sky and soothing climate.

It is also known as the Soul of Kumaon. It is situated at a height of 3660 meters above sea level. This place is located in the lap of the Pindar Valley. It is the main source of Pindar River which meets the Alaknanda River, which is a major tributary of Ganga River. One of the main highlights of this trek is the spectacular sight of the Nanda Devi and also the Nanda Kot peaks.

Pindari Glacier Trek can be easily accessed during summer and autumn season. One can also capture the incredible spectrum of nature. It is one of the most accessible glaciers in Kumaon Himalaya. Pindari Glacier Trek will astonish you at every turn because of its spectacular beauty and tranquility. During the Monsoon Season, the trek remains close as hazards like rain, landslides and road blockage can make it tough.

Bharal, Brown Bear, Common Langur, Coral, Himalayan Tahr, Himalayan Black Bear, Himalayan Musk Deer, Leopard, Sorrow and Snow Leopard are the major attractions. You may also find the rich vegetation of rhododendron and Juniper. Rose Finches and Warblers are some of the great avifauna of park. You may climb up to the excellent Dhakuri Pass and enjoy the scenic beauty.
